The hotel amenities were excellent, with top-class tennis courts and a beautiful beach. The keep fit staff were the best we've ever encountered. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing, offering a wide range of delicacies. The complex, while having an 80s style, was well-maintained and had its own charm. The location was convenient, being near a charming fishermen village and close to Agios Nikolaos.

The staff is pretty friendly, the breakfast varied, the location is fantastic short walk to the sea, the island, and the F restaurant. The rooms are immaculately clean with glorious views of the mountain. The beach bar is superb. Must say thank you, would return there.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities including the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis court, volleyball court, and beautiful lounging areas were fantastic. We also enjoyed the beach which was always clean and had plenty of sun beds available. The hotel's location provided us with easy access to Elounda town where we enjoyed dining at a taverna. Furthermore, we loved listening to the beautiful singing voice of the lady at the hotel's piano bar. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The rooms were spotless and elite, and the staff was very courteous. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the balcony had outstanding views of the bay. The hotel has a stunning location next to Chrissi Island, which also offers dinner at Elounda Bay. I was pleasantly surprised by Café Nikis, located just 1 km away.

I recently stayed at Elounda Bay Palace and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach and beautiful gardens. The staff were polite and provided excellent service. The outside facilities, including the pool and courts, were well-maintained. The aerobic programme was enjoyable, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly instructor. The buffet-style breakfast and evening meal were plentiful and varied, catering to everyone's taste. The beds in our room were huge and very comfortable. it was a wonderful stay.

Our room, which we were generously upgraded to, was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the village and with beautiful beaches and pools that were never overcrowded. a truly exceptional experience.

The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The spa and wellness centre offered a great variety of treatments and the outdoor swimming pool provided a stunning view of the location advantages. The restaurant options were excellent, with continental breakfast and buffet options available. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist us, ensuring our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment available in the leisure/TV room. However, we were able to enjoy the live entertainment offered on the sun terrace and beachfront areas.
